Season Ticket Rules & Regulations

  1. Day visits are now being replaced with a season ticket system.
  2. Season ticket visits are excluded during peak periods. (Click Here to view seasons)
  3. Season tickets for 1 day visits are available in different packages. A season card is issued which must be presented with every visit and clipped by the office staff.
  4. Children are persons under 18 years of age. Proof of ID will be required.
  5. Season ticket is valid for one year, from date of purchase / registration.
  6. Unused visits can not be transferred but expire.
  7. The season ticket can not be transferred /changed to other persons.
  8. Towed items, such as boats / jetskis / quads or 1 extra vehicle are to be paid for at reception.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS PER VISIT with prior arrangement and booking at Bivane office. A maximum of 2 people may be allowed with the season ticket visitor, in another vehicle at a cost of R 100.00 per person plus the vehicle costs.
